Towne Housing was looking to expand the reach of their services inside Buffalo and the surrounding areas and approached clevermethod to try incorporating Digital Marketing into their advertising budget. Having mixed results previously, Towne Housing was looking for one thing: results.

We approached this project by analyzing Towne Housing’s initial website. They weren’t tracking any website analytics and wanted to add Google Analytics to better analyze who their customers are and what keywords they were searching for to find the website.
Towne Housing was interested in ranking for “Buffalo Property Management” and “Rochester Property Management.” Our initial analysis determined they were ranked 84th for “Buffalo Property Management” and not at all for “Rochester Property Management.” To help them move up on the list, we created a “Property Management” page that provided the user with helpful information about Towne Housing property management on one page.

We started with custom-built Landing Pages to highlight the benefits of working with Towne and gave users clear and easy calls to action. In addition, we updated the look and feel of these pages to make sure they represented the premium level of service that Towne provides. Knowing that users would be searching for Property Management on the fly, whether at their properties or on the go, we made sure to make the Landing Pages optimized for mobile use. We also created paid search campaigns targeting specific keywords related to Towne Housing property management. Utilizing tracking techniques, we generated leads to get Towne in front of the right customers.

The results showed a whopping +70% of users visited the pages on their mobile devices, proving that having a mobile-first approach paid off. Towne Housing experienced an above-average click-through rate, thousands of impressions to ready-to-serve customers, and enough conversions to demonstrate clevermethod’s expertise. They also moved their way up in rankings, placing 24th for “Buffalo Property Management” and 54th for “Rochester Property Management.”
Having already started a second campaign with another round of Landing Page updates, including an interactive calculator, a focus on the Towne team, and custom video, Towne continues to see positive results.
