CarrierWeb is the leading global logistics platform for mobile communications and fleet management. They offer a proprietary on-board module that sends detail information about location, driving information, real-time messages, and more.

We built and maintained an advanced reporting system that analyzed this data and gave real-time information on driver performance, truck issues, and other KPI. This data could also be reviewed over a custom period of time to help identify trends and consistent issues be either the driver or the vehicle. The last major add-on was a trip management and reporting application for providing statistics and metrics on truck deliveries. With this application, users could set start and end points for trips, as well as any number of stops along the way, that could then be saved and reused in the future. Once a trip was planned, it was given an expected timeframe and assigned a driver, truck, and trailer. If a trip or part of a trip fell outside of the estimated timeframe, alerts were sent and the dashboard was updated to reflect a problem.
