For nearly 20 years, clevermethod has called Elma and East Aurora home. But as we’ve acquired clients, built teams and grown our service offerings, we knew it would soon be time to take the next step.
Enter our new digs: 301 Ohio Street.
After spending almost two decades in the Southtowns, an office along the Buffalo River presented quite the change of scenery. But the downtown move will allow us to increase exposure, attract creative talent, and advance our culture. And what better time to be situated in the heart of Buffalo’s resurgence?
We wanted a location that would draw new business, but it was equally important to make sure the new space encouraged personal growth, collaboration and work-life balance. Thanks to Ellicott Development, we found the space that would allow us to do so. We’re also able to share in the area’s growing corporate momentum with Ted’s Corporate and 716 Security, located on the second floor of the building.
We partnered with Boxcraft Studio to come up with an innovative interior design that represented who we are and how we function. The newly built space spans 8,400 square feet—with modern corporate offices, conference rooms and collaborative areas.
With plenty of open space, natural light, and advanced technologies, we believe it’s the perfect area for both productivity and leisure. We even created a wellness wall with company bikes and kayaks to enjoy during the warmer months of the year.
Outside of the office, the growing urban spot has plenty to offer—including waterfront attractions, craft brews at the new Resurgence II, climbing classes at Central Rock Gym, concerts at Riverworks, and some of the tastiest food joints in the city. From what we’re hearing, development in the area is just getting started.
And so are we.
As a true Buffalonian would put it, “where would you rather be than right here, right now?” We’ll be the first to tell you: nowhere.
