the tools behind clevermethod’s efficiency.

October 14, 2021

In any agency, organization is key to a successful and efficient business. Between employees working from home and, in some cases, out of state, clevermethod is certainly no exception to this rule. Because of this, we wanted to share with you the tools we use on a daily basis to keep deadlines met and efficiency high.

project management: asana.

Asana is a project management tool that allows our team to collaborate on projects. It allows us to create and assign tasks for various projects and add collaborators to each task. You can even add a time frame for the task so everyone not only knows what to do, but also when to do it by.

Asana has 4 plans to choose from, each with different capabilities depending on your team’s needs. The Basic plan is completely free to use, while the Premium and Business accounts charge per user per month/year.

team communication: microsoft teams.

Communication with your team is crucial no matter what kind of business you’re in. Since clevermethod services clients around the country, Teams has been especially helpful over the years to conduct client meetings via the videochat function. Since we also have employees working from home and out of state, Teams also allows us to connect with other clevermethoders to collaborate on projects.

Microsoft offers a completely free Teams sign up, which allows for up to 100 participants for meetings of up to 1 hour in duration. Staying connected to employees and clients through chat and video meetings allows us to complete projects correctly and efficiently; what else could we ask for?!

social media: airtable.

While Airtable as a platform has many capabilities, we mostly use it for content calendar management. The best way to describe this platform is Excel but magical. With Airtable, we’re able to map out months of content at a time, easily add an attachment to go with it, and change the status of the post all with the click of a button. If your team uses it for multiple purposes or clients, Airtable allows you to create unlimited bases to keep projects separate and work organized.

While there is a free version of Airtable available, there are also paid versions depending on the size and needs of your business.

Clevermethod’s team of 15 collaborates with colleagues and clients alike and consistently delivers projects efficiently, on time, and with proven results. None of this would be possible without the organizational tools we use daily. Whether your team has 15 employees or 1,500 employees, find the tools that work for you and watch your efficiency grow.
