Site accessibility, and the ability to update easily, were two key objectives presented to us by Systems Personnel, that we were able to fulfill in a website redesign.

The redesigned Systems Personnel website now provides simple access to update content, as well as a strong highlight of the benefits attached to using their company's services. To strategically promote that Systems Personnel is WNY's leading executive staffing agency, we listed recently filled jobs, in addition to clearly calling the top categories for those in the job market (IT, Accounting/Finance, Medical, IT). There is no doubt that the job search is the single most important feature of the site, so we made it our goal to ensure it was both easy to use and easy to update. Job title, location, and keywords are all sources that allow users to search throughout the website. Positions are clearly listed by date, tips are posted for job candidates, and a callout for the referral program encourages people to refer candidates for cash prizes. This callout not only increased site traffic, but encouraged candidates to provide referrals.
